Currently I am completing an extended internship at Sunshine Coast Council in the Development & Integrations team. At the Council I helped contribute to two main projects in which I lead the design & front-end development of a new internal staff app. The other project is currently being worked on looking to improve how the Council communicates to the residents of disaster events about to affect, are affecting and recovery efforts after.

Before working there I completed a 3 month internship at ATech working as an Intern Front-end designer. This was my first introduction to front-end development and improved my design skills.

I then went to university to further learn about design and collaborating with other graduates with different degrees to complete a project. I also continued in my free time to design websites & apps and was around the time I decided to switch to Figma because I thought it was better but also free for students so I mean bit of a no brainer. A highlight would be the class in which me among other graduates in a group presented to Bonds & Special Group a creative marketing campaign in Melbourne.

I've been designing since I was a teenager in high school. I completed a Cert IV in Design from year 11-12 and that introduced me to graphic design creating posters, magazine covers & pages, logos and more. During this time I also started to get interested in designing websites & apps in my free time with Adobe XD.
